Balance Teacher’s mission is to inspire through our books, teachings, workshops, and personal connections.

• Seeking a balanced, deeper understanding of the whole self: the spiritual, emotional, physical, social, intellectual and occupational dimensions, (see The National Wellness Institute and creator of The 6 Dimensional Wellness Model, Dr. Bill Hettler)
• Keeping what is universally giving and thoughtful, and letting go of what is collectively ineffective.
